This smartphone’s screen will be a flat 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED panel with a small water drop notch cutout for the selfie camera in the top center. This screen will support a 120Hz high refresh rate. This panel will brighten up to 1000 nits in harsh sunlight, which is decent enough. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 will used to protect this panel.
Camera
The Samsung Galaxy M17 will have a triple back and one front camera. Those cameras are a 50MP rear main, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and a 13MP front camera. The 2MP macro camera is useless. The back camera will capture videos at 4K 30fps, and 1080p 30fps. The front camera will capture videos only at 1080p 30fps.
Performance
Android 15 and OneUI 7 will run on the operating system. This mobile will find up to 6 years of major Android updates. 6 years of Android updates in an entry-budget smartphone is very impressive. The Exynos 1380 will used as the chipset. It is an Octa-core chip based on 5-nanometer fabrication. These eight cores are divided into 4 cores 2.4GHz cortex A78, and 4 cores 2.0GHz cortex A55. The Mali G68 MP5 is used as the GPU for this chip. This SoC can hit more than 0.55 million Antutu scores.
Battery
