Overview
Design
In the last few years, Samsung has followed the A series design on their flagship S series. Samsung Galaxy A58 is no different. The front and back sides will be glass, and the side frame will be Aluminium. This phone looks and in hand feels very premium.
Display
A 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED+ panel will be used to display this mobile phone. This panel has a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the top center. This screen will support a 120Hz high refresh rate. In consuming HDR content, this panel will hit up to 2600 nits of peak brightness. Two thousand six hundred nits of peak brightness is huge. The panel will be bright up to 1400 nits, which is great for harsh outdoor sunlight. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 will protect this screen. Victus 2 is one of the most durable display protection in the mobile phone world.
Camera
The Samsung Galaxy A58 will come with three rear cameras and one front camera. A 108MP rear main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 8MP telephoto camera, and a 32MP front camera. Nowadays, almost all youth love to take photos in tight focal length portrait mode. A telephoto camera is very useful when clicking DSLR-like portrait photos. The 8MP telephoto camera can click portrait photos in 70mm. 70mm focal length is very good. The 108MP main camera captures good photos and videos in 4K 30/60fps and 1080p 30/60/120fps with gyro-EIS and OIS. The 12MP ultrawide camera can capture good wide photos and videos. The 32MP front camera can capture excellent photos and good videos at 4k 30/60fps, and 1080p 30/60fps. Front & back all cameras can capture 4K videos. Which is very good.
Performance
Android 17 and One UI 9.0 will run on the operating system. This mobile will find 5 Year Android update and 5 Year security update. The 5+5-year update is excellent. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 will be used as the chipset. It is an Octa-core chip based on 4-nanometer fabrication. The Octa-core is divided by 1 core 3.0GHz cortex x2, 3 core 2.5GHz cortex A710, and 4 core 1.8GHz cortex A510. The Adreno 730 will be used as the GPU for this chip. It is a good chip. This chip can hit more than 11 Laks Antutu scores, which is a respectable Antutu score.
Sound System
It will have stereo speakers as loudspeakers, but there is no 3.5mm headphone jack. The stereo speakers’ sound is very good.
Battery
This mobile phone will be powered by a 5500mAh non-removable Li-Po battery. This battery supports up to 45W PD3.0 wired, and reverse wired charging. With a 45-watt charger, this phone will fully charge in less than 70 minutes.
