Display
The Samsung Galaxy F16 features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED panel. It supports a 90Hz refresh rate. In harsh sunlight conditions, this panel can brighten up to 800 nits.
Camera
The phone features a triple rear and a single front camera setup. The cameras include a 50MP main rear camera, a 5MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro, and a 13MP front camera. Nowadays, many young people enjoy taking photos in tight focal-length portrait mode, which typically requires a telephoto camera. However, this phone does not have a telephoto camera. The front & back cameras can record videos only at 1080p 30fps.

The device runs on Android 15 and OneUI 7.0 as its operating system. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which is an octa-core processor built on a 4-nanometer fabrication process. The eight cores consist of 2 Cortex A76 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and 6 Cortex A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. The chipset uses the Mali G57 MP2 as its GPU, which is capable of running all Android games at the low to medium graphics settings. Additionally, this chipset can achieve an Antutu benchmark score of over 0.42 million points.
