Overview
Display
Samsung Galaxy M56 comes with a 6.74-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED+ panel. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate. This panel can brighten up to one thousand nine hundred nits in consuming HDR content. Which is good. In harsh sunlight conditions, this panel can brighten up to twelve hundred nits. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ is used to protect this panel.
Camera
The phone features a triple rear and a single front camera setup. The cameras include a 50MP main rear camera, an 8MP Ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro, and a 12MP front camera. Nowadays, many young people enjoy taking photos in tight focal-length portrait mode, which typically requires a telephoto camera. However, this phone does not have a telephoto camera. The rear cameras can record videos at 4K 30fps, 1080p at 30/60fps. The 12MP front camera supports video recording only at 1080p at 30fps.
Performance
The device runs on Android 15 and OneUI 7.0 as its operating system. It is powered by the Exynos 1480 chipset, which is an octa-core processor built on a 4-nanometer fabrication process. The eight cores consist of 4 Cortex A78 cores clocked at 2.75 GHz and 4 Cortex A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. The chipset uses the Xclipse 530 as its GPU, which is capable of running all Android games at the medium graphics settings. Additionally, this chipset can achieve an Antutu benchmark score of over 0.72 million points.
Battery
A 5000mAh non-removable battery powers this mobile phone. The battery supports 45W wired charging. Using a Samsung-certified 45W charger, this battery will fully charge in less than 60 minutes.
