Overview
Design
Last year, Xiaomi 14 Ultra came with a circle camera ring. The next model Xiaomi 15 Ultra will also come with a round camera ring. The front side will be glass, the back side will be glass or eco-leather and the side frame will be Aluminium or titanium (grade 5). This phone looks very premium and futuristic.
Display
A 6.78-inch QHD+ LTPO AMOLED panel will be used to display this mobile phone. This panel has a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the top center. This screen will support a variable 120Hz high refresh rate. In consuming HDR content, this panel will hit up to 4500 nits of peak brightness. Four thousand five hundred nits of peak brightness is huge. The panel will be bright up to 1500 nits, which is great for harsh outdoor sunlight. Xiaomi Shield Glass will protect this screen.
Camera
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will come with quad rear cameras and one front camera. A 50MP rear main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, a 50MP telephoto camera, a 200MP periscope camera, and a 32MP front camera. Nowadays, almost all youth love to take photos in tight focal length portrait mode. A telephoto camera is very useful when clicking DSLR-like portrait photos. But this phone has a dual portrait camera. The 50MP telephoto camera can click portrait photos in 70mm and the other 200MP periscope camera will click portrait photos in 100mm. The 50MP main camera captures excellent photos and videos in 8K 30fps, 4K 30/60/120fps, and 1080p 30/60/120/240/960fps with gyro-EIS and OIS. The 50MP ultrawide camera can also capture excellent wide photos and videos. The 32MP front camera can capture excellent photos and good videos at 4k 30/60fps, and 1080p 30/60/120fps.
