Display
A 6.78-inch FHD+ PLC LCD panel is used to display this mobile phone. This panel has a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the top center. This screen supports a 120Hz high refresh rate. In consuming HDR content, this panel can hit up to 800 nits of peak brightness. Eight hundred nits of peak brightness is very poor.
Camera
The Infinix Hot 50 4G has dual rear and one front camera. A 50MP rear main camera, an Auxiliary lens, and an 8MP front camera. But this phone has no telephoto camera. The auxiliary lens is useless. The 50MP main camera captures very decent pictures and videos in 4K 30fps and 1080p 30/60fps without stabilization. The 8MP front camera also captures very decent photos and videos.
Performance
Android 14 and XOS 14.5 run on the operating system. The MediaTek Helio G100 is used as the chipset. It is an Octa-core chip based on 6-nanometer fabrication. These eight cores are divided into 2 cores 2.2 GHz cortex A76, and 6 cores 2.0 GHz cortex A55. The Mali G57 MC2 will be used as the GPU for this chip. This chip can hit more than 0.42 million Antutu scores. This chip can run all Android games in low to medium graphics.
Battery
This mobile phone is powered by a 5000mAh non-removable Li-Po battery. This battery supports 18W wired, reverse, and bypass charging. With an 18-watt charger, this phone will fully charge in less than 2 hours.
