The Samsung Galaxy F16 features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED panel. It supports a 90Hz refresh rate. In harsh sunlight conditions, this panel can brighten up to 800 nits.

The phone features a triple rear and a single front camera setup. The cameras include a 50MP main rear camera, a 5MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro, and a 13MP front camera.
