Overview
Display
Vivo Y200+ comes with a 6.68-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel. It supports a 120Hz high refresh rate. In harsh sunlight conditions, this screen brightens up to 1000 nits which is very good. This panel does not have any certified display protection (like corning gorilla glass).
Camera
This phone has a dual rear and one front camera setup. Those cameras are a 50MP rear camera, a 2MP depth, and an 8MP front camera. Nowadays, almost all youth love to take photos in tight focal length portrait mode. A telephoto camera is very useful when clicking tight focal-length portrait photos. But this phone does not have a telephoto camera. An ultrawide camera is also missing. Without OIS & gyro EIS, the back camera and front camera capture videos only in 1080p 30fps.
Performance
Android 14 and OriginOS 4 run on the operating system. This phone will find up to 2 years of Android updates and 3 years of Security updates. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 is used as the chipset. It is an octa-core chip based on 4-nanometer fabrication. These eight cores are divided into 2 Core 2.2 GHz Cortex A78 and 6 Core 2.0GHz Cortex A55. The Adreno 613 is used as the GPU for this chip. This chip can run all kinds of Android games with low graphics. This SoC can hit more than 0.42 million Antutu scores.
Battery
This mobile phone is powered by a 6000mAh non-removable battery. This battery supports 44W wired charging. With a 44W Vivo-certified charger, this battery will fully charge in less than 80 mins.
