Overview
Display
Vivo Y400 Pro offers 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel is used as the display for this mobile phone. This panel features a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera at the top center. The screen supports a 120Hz high refresh rate. When consuming HDR content, this panel brightens up to 4500 nits of peak brightness. Four thousand five hundred nits of peak brightness is impressive. In harsh sunlight condition this panel will bright up to 1300 nits.
Camera
The phone features a dual rear and a single front camera setup. The cameras include a 50MP main rear camera, a 2MP depth camera, and a 32MP front camera. Nowadays, many young people enjoy taking photos in tight focal-length portrait mode, which typically requires a telephoto camera. However, this phone does not have a telephoto camera. The rear and front cameras can capture videos in 4K 30fps and 1080p 30fps.
Performance
The device runs on Android 15 and Funtouch 15 as its operating system. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, which is an octa-core processor built on a 4-nanometer fabrication process. The eight cores consist of 4 Cortex A78 cores clocked at 2.5 GHz, and 4 Cortex A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. The chipset uses the Mali G615 MP2 as its GPU, which is capable of running all Android games at the low to medium graphics settings. Additionally, this chipset can achieve an Antutu benchmark score of over 0.67 million points.
Battery
A 5500mAh non-removable battery powers this mobile phone. The battery supports 90W wired and 6W reverse wired charging. A Vivo-certified 90W charger, this battery will fully charge in 40 minutes.
