It will come with a large LTPO AMOLED panel with minimal bezels and an improved fold crease with a 120 Hz variable refresh rate. In terms of cameras, there will be triple rear cameras and one front camera. All back cameras will have 50MP resolution and 32MP front cameras. One 50MP wide or main, 50MP ultrawide, and 50MP 3X or 70mm periscope telephoto. Last year’s flagship chip, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, will be used on it. It is based on 4nm fabrication, and Adreno 750 is the GPU. A huge 6000mAh battery will be used to power up this phone.
Comparing Vivo X Fold 3
Last year, a slightly more affordable foldable Vivo X Fold 3 came with a big 8.03-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and 1B colors. The cover display is a 6.53-inch AMOLED panel. This cover panel has all the features of the big display without LTPO.
In terms of cameras, the X Fold 3 also has a triple 50MP rear camera and a dual 32MP front camera. A 50MP main, a 50MP 2x telephoto, and a 50MP ultrawide with 8K 30fps recording.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is used as a chipset with 12/16 GB of RAM and 256/512 GB/1 TB of storage.
A 5500mAh Si/C battery is used to power up with 80W wired charging.
Compared with the Vivo X Fold 3 to X Fold 4, the Fold 4 has seen all segment upgrades.
