Overview
Display
Tecno Phantom V Flip 2 comes with two different screen panels. One big and another small. The big panel is a foldable 6.9-inch LTPO flat AMOLED panel with a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the top center. This screen supports a 120Hz high refresh rate. The other screen is a 3.64-inch AMOLED panel. The small panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. When consuming content in harsh sunlight conditions, those panels can be bright enough to see content easily.
Camera
This flip phone has a dual rear and one front camera setup. Those cameras are a 50MP rear main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 32MP front camera. Nowadays, almost all youth love to take photos in tight focal length portrait mode. A telephoto camera is needed when clicking tight focal-length portrait photos. But this phone does not have a telephoto camera. The back camera captures videos at 4K 30fps and 1080p 30/60fps. The 32MP front camera captures videos at 4K 30fps and 1080p 30fps.
Performance
Android 14 and HIOS 14 runs on the operating system. The MediaTek Dimensity 8020 will be used as the chipset. It is an octa-core chip based on 6-nanometer fabrication. These eight cores are divided into 4 cores 2.6 GHz Cortex A78, and 4 cores 2.0 GHz Cortex A55. The Mali G77 MC9 is used as the GPU for this chip. This chip can easily run all Android games with low to medium graphics. This SoC can hit more than 0.74 million Antutu scores. Which is decent.
Battery
This mobile phone is powered by a 4720mAh non-removable battery. This battery supports 70W wired charging. A Tecno-certified 70W charger, this battery will fully charge in less than 45 minutes.
