Overview
Display
Realme 14x comes with a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel. It supports a 120Hz high refresh rate. In harsh sunlight conditions, this screen brightens up to 625 nits which is very poor. This panel does not have any certified display protection (like corning gorilla glass).
Camera
This phone has one rear and one front camera setup. Those cameras are a 50MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Nowadays, almost all youth love to take photos in tight focal length portrait mode. A telephoto camera is very useful when clicking tight focal-length portrait photos. But this phone does not have a telephoto camera. An ultrawide camera is also missing. Without OIS & gyro EIS, the back camera and front camera capture videos only in 1080p 30fps.
Performance
Android 14 and Realme UI 5.0 run on the operating system. This phone will find up to 2 years of Android updates and 3 years of security updates. The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 is used as the chipset. It is an octa-core chip based on 6-nanometer fabrication. These eight cores are divided into 2 Core 2.4 GHz Cortex A76 and 6 Core 2.0GHz Cortex A55s. The Mali G57 MC2 is used as the GPU for this chip. This chip can run all kinds of Android games with low to medium graphics. This SoC can hit more than 0.42 million Antutu scores.
Battery
This mobile phone is powered by a 6000mAh non-removable battery. This battery supports 45W wired and 5W reverse wired charging. With a 45W Realme-certified charger, this battery will fully charge in less than 100 minutes.
