This smartphone’s screen will have a 6.3-inch FHD+ quad-curved OLED panel with a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the top center. This screen will support a 120Hz high refresh rate. When consuming HDR content, this panel will hit up to 3000 nits of peak brightness, which is good. Corning Gorilla Glass 2 will be used to protect this screen.

The Oppo Reno 14 will have a triple rear and one front camera setup. Those cameras are a 50MP rear main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, a 50MP telephoto, and a 50MP front camera. Android 15 and ColorOS 15.1 will run on the operating system. The MediaTek Dimensity 8300 will used as the chipset. It is an Octa-core chip based on 4-nanometer fabrication. These eight cores are divided into 1 core 3.5GHz cortex A715, 3 cores 3.2GHz cortex A715, and 4 cores 2.2GHz cortex A510. The DTX-48- 1536 is used as the GPU for this chip. This chip can easily run all Android games with the highest graphics. This SoC can hit more than 1.4 million Antutu scores.
