OnePlus is preparing to launch its 5th Generation Nord on July 8, 2025, in India. Before launching, OnePlus started teasing key specifications of the OnePlus Nord 5. Nord 5 is a mid-range smartphone. But in the latest teaser, OnePlus highlights impressive camera specs.

Nord 5 will come with a dual rear and one front camera setup. The most impressive thing about this camera is the main camera of the Nord 5. The main camera is the same as the flagship OnePlus 13 camera. This is a 50MP Sony LYT-700 camera sensor. Alongside the main camera sensor, another sensor is a regular 8MP 116-degree ultrawide sensor, no special. For the selfie, OnePlus includes a 50MP sensor, but this sensor is from Samsung, the Samsung JN5 sensor. Both front & rear cameras can capture videos in 4K 60fps. Which is also impressive.
Alongside the camera specs, many specifications have been teased already. OnePlus Nord 5 will come with a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate for a smooth and first-class user experience.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 is confirmed as the chipset of Nord 5. This is a flagship killer chip with more than 1.5 million AnTuTu scores. For cooling the chip, onePlus uses a 7,300sq mm vapour cooling chamber. For RAM, there are 8 and 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 and 512 GB storage options. With this hardware, onePlus can go up to 144Hz gaming.
A 5,200mAh battery will power up this phone and support an 80W SuperVooc charger. It is also rated by IP65, which is dust and splash resistance. In the market, three different color variants will be available. Those are Marble Sands, Phantom Grey, and Dry Ice.
