Overview
Display
A 6.8-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED panel is used as the display for this mobile phone. This panel features a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera at the top center. The screen supports a 120Hz high refresh rate, HDR, and 1B colors. When consuming HDR content, this panel reaches a peak brightness of 3000 nits. Three thousand nits of peak brightness is good. Kunlun Glass 2 is used to protect this panel.
Camera
The Huawei Pura 80 Pro features a triple rear and a front camera setup. It features a 50MP special main rear camera, a 40MP ultrawide camera, a 48MP telephoto, and a 13MP front camera. Nowadays, almost all youth love to take photos in a tight focal length portrait mode. A telephoto camera is very useful when clicking tight focal-length portrait photos. This phone has a 93mm 4x optical zoom camera. The back camera and front camera can capture videos in 4K and 1080p.
Performance
The device runs on two different operating systems. One is EMUI 14.2, and the one is HarmonyOS 5.1. The EMUI is for the International market, and the HarmonyOS is only for the Chinese market.
Battery
This mobile phone has a 5700mAh non-removable battery that supports 100W wired, 80W wireless, and 18W reverse wired charging. A Huawei-certified 100W charger will fully charge this battery in 30 minutes.
