Overview
Design
Vivo always focuses on their smartphone’s updated design and in-hand feel. Vivo V50 Pro is no different. The front and back sides will be glass, and the side frame will be aluminum.
Display
A 6.78-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED panel will be used to display this mobile phone. This panel has a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the top center. This screen will support a 120Hz high refresh rate. In consuming HDR content, this panel will hit up to 4500 nits of peak brightness. Four thousand five hundred nits of peak brightness is huge. The panel will be bright enough, up to 1500 nits, to watch the screen in harsh outdoor sunlight. Schott Xensation Alpha will protect this screen.
Camera
The Vivo V50 Pro will have three rear cameras and one front camera. 50MP rear main, 50MP ultrawide, 64MP telephoto, and 50MP front camera. All these cameras are beneficial. Nowadays, almost all youth love to take photos in tight focal length portrait mode. A telephoto camera is very needed when clicking DSLR-like portrait photos. This 64MP telephoto camera can take photos and videos at 3X optical zoom or 70mm focal length. The 50MP main camera captures excellent photos and good videos in 4K 30/60fps and 1080p 30/60/120fps with gyro-EIS and OIS. The 50MP ultrawide camera can capture more wide photos and videos. The 50MP front camera can capture great photos and decent videos at 4K 30/60fps and 1080p 30/60fps with Gyro-EIS.
Performance
Android 15 and Funtouch OS 15 will run on the operating system. The MediaTek Dimensity 9300 will be used as the chipset. It is an Octa-core chip based on 4-nanometer fabrication. The Mali G720 Immortalis MP12 GPU will be used as the GPU for this chip. It is one of the most powerful chips in 2024. This chip can hit more than 20 Laks Antutu scores, which is an excellent Antutu score.
Sound System
It will have stereo speakers as loudspeakers, but there is no 3.5mm headphone jack. The stereo speakers’ sound is very premium.
Battery
