This smartphone’s screen will be a flat 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED panel with a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the top center. This screen will support a 120Hz refresh rate. This panel will brighten up to 1000 nits HBM. Which is decent for harsh sunlight conditions. This panel will be used to protect Corning Gorilla Glass 5 as a protection.
Camera
The Samsung Galaxy M09 will have a dual-camera and one front camera setup. Those cameras are a 50MP rear main, a 2MP depth, and an 16MP front camera. The 2MP depth camera is useless. The back camera will capture videos in 4K 30fps and 1080p 30fps. But the front camera will capture videos only at 1080p 30fps.

Android 18 and OneUI 10.0 will run on the operating system. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 will be used as the chipset. It is an Octa-core chip based on 4-nanometer fabrication. These eight cores are divided into 4 cores 2.4GHz Cortex A78, and 4 cores 1.8GHz Cortex A55. The Adreno 710 is used as the GPU for this chip. This SoC can hit more than 0.62 million Antutu scores. This chip can run all kinds of Android games with low to medium graphics.
Battery
This mobile phone will have a 6000mAh non-removable battery that supports 45W wired charging. A Samsung-certified 45W charger will fully charge this battery in 80 minutes.
