Overview
Display
This smartphone’s screen will be a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED panel with a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the top center. When consuming HDR content, this screen will brighten up to 6000 nits at peak brightness. In harsh sunlight conditions, this panel will brighten up to 1600 nits. Crystal Armor glass will be used to protect this panel.
Camera
This Realme Neo 8 will have a dual rear and one front camera setup. Those cameras are a 50MP rear main camera, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 16MP front camera. Nowadays, almost all youth love to take photos in tight focal length portrait mode. A telephoto camera is very useful when clicking tight focal-length portrait photos. This phone will not have a telephoto camera. The back camera will capture videos in 4K 30/60fps and 1080p 30/60/120fps. The 16MP front camera will capture videos in 4K 30fps and 1080p 30fps.
Performance
Android 16 and Realme UI 7 will run on the operating system. The MediaTek Dimensity 9400 will be used as the chipset. It is an Octa-core chip based on 3-nanometer fabrication. These eight cores are divided into 1 core 3.63 GHz cortex X925, 3 cores 3.3 GHz cortex X4, and 4 cores 2.4 GHz cortex A720. The Mali G925 Immortalis MP12 is used as the GPU for this chip. This SoC can hit more than 2.5 million Antutu scores. This chip can easily run all kinds of Android games with the highest graphics.
Battery
This mobile phone will have a 7500mAh non-removable Si/C battery that supports 80W wired charging. A Realme-certified 80W charger will fully charge this battery in 70 minutes.
